Refund and Returns Policy

Returns can be made within 14 days from the delivery date. To make the return it is necessary to follow the instructions provided in the appropriate document contained inside the package. Custom products cannot be subject to return

First, a return authorization email must be sent to: team@burj3.com , indicating what is described in the aforementioned document.

Once the return confirmation and authorization email has been received, the appropriate area must be cut out of the document and filled out in which to fill in all the required fields for the correct processing of the return.

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the our selected carriers. It is at our own discretion which courier to use for the shipment unless specifically mentioned and charged at the time of checkout. The delivery time on the website remains indicative and is subject to change.
